Agape Off-Grid Solar accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards, and PayPal. Additionally, we can process orders with a pre-paid check or wire transfer. We use 3-D Secure technology for all Visa and Mastercard orders.
All in stock orders are usually shipped with in 3 to 4 business days if received by 2 pm PST Monday – Friday. Freight shipping usually adds 2 to 4 business days to the processing due to the palletizing of your order. Shipping charges are added to your order as a separate line item or separate invoice that must be paid prior to shipping. Quoted shipping days are business days and do not include Saturday. Saturday delivery option is an additional fee and Saturday delivery must be selected when placing your order. Warranties and freight quotes are valid in the 48 contiguous United States. International shipments are available, but all additional charges are the responsibility of the customer (including duties, freight, warranty returns). Solar panels and solar racks ship on pallets or bundled without pallets and require a quote at the time of ordering, please call us at 559-908-2831 for an up-to-date quote.
Shipping all solar batteries triggers the HazMat shipping class. We have no exemption for this class. Therefore all batteries shipped will be charged at the hazmat shipping rate.
Shipping delays have been occurring since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. We have no explanation for this oddity nor can we control any delays once the order has been picked up by the carrier. We experience the same issues on inbound orders to us as well. Sometimes a fire in the area, a bad traffic accident, weather or other unforeseen occurrences can contribute to delays. Please understand that we have no control over the condition of the world in these trying times.
RECEIVING YOUR ORDER – Be sure to inspect for any damage or incorrect quantities BEFORE signing for the product. If you accept the product make sure to have the carrier NOTE the damage before signing. Once an item has shipped, ship to address changes are not accepted.
Freight Shipment Terms Freight orders may take an additional 2-4 business days to process and require a scheduled pickup from the warehouse. Please be patient when ordering items or several items over 50 lbs. as the processing time can be extended by a day or 2. Freight transit times will vary depending on location, availability of logistics warehouses and drivers and environmental factors. Rural, residential or isolated locations my take an extra 2 business days for delivery due to no usual daily route. Freight deliveries must have a valid phone number. Customer must specify if they need lift gate at delivery in order to remove product from truck. Additional rates apply for extra services beyond general freight delivery. This is including but is not limited to Residential Delivery, Fragile Handling (glass items or solar panels), Bulk or Whole Truck Delivery, Inside Delivery (or beyond initial drop point for residences) or any other additional methods that may change or alter the Bill of Lading beyond usual delivery method. Customer is responsible for additional charges at published rates.
Some items require extra or special handling due to product size or the fragility of the item such as but not limited to solar ground mount kits, solar roof mount rails and other unusually bulky items that cannot be palletized on a standard size pallet. In such cases, we will call you to get permission to add the additional shipping to your order if agreeable to you or cancel your order and issue a refund to you.
Agape Off-Grid Solar offers a 15 day return period. All returns must be pre-approved and issued an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) #. The return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, if the item(s) is not in brand new condition-including original packaging. Free shipping charges do not apply for exchanges. Shipping charges are non-refundable and if you received free shipping on your original order we will deduct the actual shipping charges incurred, from your refund. We do not accept returns on batteries, cables or custom products.
Agape Off-Grid Solar warrants all products we sell are free from defect and are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
All AIMS Power products come with warranty coverage against defects as follows, from the date of purchase, unless otherwise indicated:
- 1-Year for non ETL (Extract, Transform and Load) units
- 2-Years for ETL (Extract, Transform and Load) units and batteries
- 3 Years for generators
- Batteries – product specific
- Solar products – product specific
- Cables – 10 Years
Within the warranty coverage period, AIMS Power® will either repair or replace, at its sole discretion, the defective product.
Any shipping charges that occur as a result of a warranty return or exchange are NOT covered by the warranty and are the responsibility of the customer.
The warranty does not cover the following:
- Products that AIMS Power® determine, in its sole discretion, to be free of any material or workmanship defects or flaws
- Products evidencing excessive wear, misuse or alteration
- Products with missing or defaced labels, stickers, or other identifying information
- Improper care or storage (e.g. water damage, exposure to extreme heat or cold temperatures, unsanitary environment)
- Alterations or customizations
- Items that were purchased second hand, or from an unauthorized seller
- Items outside of the covered warranty period
Review the following warranty process before initiating warranty claim.
- Contact AIMS Power® via phone at 775-359-6703 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to submit your warranty return request and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Include a detailed description of the problem.
Note: Be sure to provide the name from the original order as well as a copy or the receipt from the original order number.
- An automated email will then be sent to the address indicated on the warranty return request containing further instructions regarding packing, shipping and documentation to include when returning the product as well as an RMA authorization number.
- Once the return is received and inspected an e-mail will be sent informing you that the return has been approved and processed. If there are any issues with the return, an additional e-mail will be sent notifying you of such.
Other items of note:
- AIMS Power® DOES NOT cover return shipping. Any Product that is returned and deemed to be of working condition or was returned without all of the required information, and the customer has not paid for return shipping, may be disposed of or destroyed after 90 days.
- Any requested information that is not provided in a timely manner could result in delayed processing of your return.
- When shipping the product for a return:
- Ensure the product is packed accordingly to avoid being damaged in-transit. Include original packaging. Use proper protective material to ensure package arrives without damage.
- Ensure some form of shipment tracking is used.
- It is strongly recommended to insure the shipment.
- AIMS Power® is not liable for products that are lost or damaged in-transit.
- The RMA authorization email will indicate what, if any, other product contents need to be sent in with the returned product.

RETURN SHIPPING METHOD
Agape Off-Grid Solar strongly recommends you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged in transit. Agape Off-Grid Solar will not be held responsible and warranty will be voided. We also recommend you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection via a tracking number. Remember to keep your tracking number.
Any shipment arrived damaged will be immediately refused, or will be held at the warehouse until customer pays for return shipping or files an insurance claim with carrier. Customer will be responsible for return shipping and handling any claim of an item returned with shipping damage. No exceptions.

We do not accept any returns on cables, batteries, special ordered product, bulk orders or any OEM projects. Used/scratched/missing items product will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee.
Any product that is returned and deemed to be of working condition, and the customer has not paid for return shipping after 90 days, AIMS Power will dispose of or destroy the product as it sees fit. This also applies to items returned without Proof of Purchase or an RMA Number. No exceptions.
Agape Off-Grid Solar guarantees a 100% safe shopping experience. We use the same security and encryption technology used by banks, restaurants, and other retailers. We will never share any personal information about you with any third party except when requested by state law. The encrypted information is sent directly to one of the world’s largest credit card processing companies for authorization. This information cannot be read by unauthorized parties over the Internet and Agape Off-Grid Solar does not maintain a record of your credit card number.
Agape Off-Grid Solar values your privacy and will keep all information confidential and will never sell or use your information for any other purpose than to deliver your order.
Our products comply with most regulations and codes, to ensure that your inverter complies with your state or local laws, check with them ahead of time, before purchasing. Agape Off-Grid Solar is not responsible for return shipping or any costs incurred due to any local regulations.
Agape Off-Grid Solar is protected under the Washoe County Nevada Long Arm Statute because all orders are fulfilled by Aims Power in Reno NV as outlined below:
Nevada Long-Arm Statute Nev. Rev. Stat. § 14.065
§ 14.065. Exercise of jurisdiction on any basis consistent with state and federal constitutions; service of summons to confer jurisdiction
1. A court of this state may exercise jurisdiction over a party to a civil action on any basis not inconsistent with the constitution of this state or the Constitution of the United States.
2. Personal service of summons upon a party outside this state is sufficient to confer upon a court of this state jurisdiction over the party so served if the service is made by delivering a copy of the summons, together with a copy of the complaint, to the party served in the manner provided by statute or rule of court for service upon a person of like kind within this state.
3. The method of service provided in this section is cumulative, and may be utilized with, after or independently of other methods of service.
Any suits, claims, complaints, inquiries or otherwise, must be handled through the Washoe County and Nevada Court Systems to be considered valid and legal. TheInverterStore.com does business regularly only in the State of Nevada within Washoe County and no other municipality, city, county, state or territory thereof. See the Dispute Resolution Section below
6.10. Dispute Resolution. All disputes arising under or in connection with the Agreement will initially be referred to the senior executives of each party. The senior executives will use their best efforts to resolve the dispute informally and amicably. If, after negotiating for thirty (30) days (or for some longer period if the parties agree), no resolution of the dispute is reached by the senior executives, the parties will submit the dispute to binding arbitration in Reno, Nevada pursuant to the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) and the procedures set forth in paragraph 6.11.
6.11. Arbitration; Injunction. All disputes that cannot be resolved pursuant to the internal issue resolution process identified above will be submitted to and settled by final and binding arbitration. The arbitration will take place in Reno, Nevada, and will apply the governing law of this Agreement. The final and binding arbitration will be performed by a panel of three arbitrators in accordance with and subject to the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the AAA then in effect. Following notice of a party’s election to require arbitration, each party will, within thirty (30) days, select one arbitrator; and those two arbitrators will, within thirty (30) days thereafter, select a third arbitrator. If the two arbitrators are unable to agree on a third arbitrator within thirty (30) days, the AAA will, within thirty (30) days thereafter, select the third arbitrator. The decision of the arbitrators will be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. The arbitrators will be bound by the warranties, limitations of liability, and other provisions of this Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, each party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction, where appropriate, to protect its rights pending the outcome of the arbitration.
6.12. Jurisdiction; Venue; Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada (irrespective of its choice of law principles). The parties hereby agree that any suit to enforce any provision of this Agreement or arising out of or based upon this Agreement or the business relationship between the parties hereto shall be brought in federal or state court in Reno, Nevada. Each party hereby agrees that such courts shall have co-exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue with respect to such party, and each party hereby submits to the co-exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
Used Power Inverters
These used products may have a myriad of conditions including but not limited to: Returns without Original Packaging, Shipping Damage, Water Damage, Electrical Damage (Lightning, Short, Overload, Etc.), Board swap, Outdated Model, Cosmetic Damage (Scratches, dents, bends, nicks, cuts, missing external components), Missing accessories (Remotes, Cables, Bolts, Nuts, Washers).
Agape Off-Grid Solar cannot determine or list every issue possible with every refurbished item provided. The customer gets no choice on products based on issue. Agape Off-Grid Solar will choose best of the lot on a first-come first-serve basis.
Agape Off-Grid Solar makes no guarantee that used product will be in stock at time of purchase, or guarantee of restock if ever a purchase occurs at Zero Stock.
All used inverters sold and received by the customer have a 1-year full replacement warranty for functional defects including but not limited to: Overload, No A/C, No Charge, Low Voltage, High Voltage, Short, Catastrophic Internal Damage, Etc. Agape Off-Grid Solar will not warranty the product for cosmetic damage or external faults such as dents, cracks or other physical defects that does not affect functionality. Agape Off-Grid Solar will not warranty missing accessories such as: Remotes, Cables, Voltage Meters, Bolts, Washers, Covers, Fuses, Stickers, Labels, Etc.
All used inverters sold also have a 30 day exchange period for another used product, pending stock. Upgrades are allowed within the first 30 days for used product. The upgrade must be done from the used product line given available inventory at the time. Agape Off-Grid Solar does not guarantee exchange or upgrades within the Used Inventory due to uncertain and unpredictable availability. Exchanges within the first 30 days must be in working condition when received by the factory. A non-working inverter will be covered under the Replacement Warranty as outlined above.
Upgrades will be handled at AIMS Power’s discretion. All sales are final on used products.
All used inverters returned by the customer will be fully tested and verified of functionality before an exchange can be issued. Any inverter found to be in working order will be returned to the customer, at the customer’s expense. All Used Inverters before being returned must follow AIMS Power’s returns policy outlined above. An RMA Number must be issued before the inverter is returned. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
Any used inverter returned to us and verified to be functional, without the customer paying for return shipping within 30 days, the inverter will be resold or disposed of at AIMS Power’s discretion.
