Instead of managing multiple devices, the AIMS AC 36V and 48V Converter/Battery Charger strives toward a versatile, multipurpose solution that anticipates what you need at home but also suits various recreational activities where you’ll want solar power.
This converter/battery charger accommodates open lead acid, gel, AGM and LiFePO4 batteries, while a consistent, high-frequency structure handles a greater spectrum of input voltages, from 70VAC to 145VAC. This aspect allows the converter/charger to adapt to unstable inputs. Furthermore, the device automatically senses 36VDC and 48VDC battery banks, providing a more intuitive solution within your solar power setup.
Once you have everything connected, a 25-amp 36V/18.75-amp 48V capacity isn’t just large – it lets you charge up a battery relatively quickly.
